It is also a highly manual process with client engagement, with physical agreement, and there are also many issues that limits the long term growth and expansion. #### Portfolio Locked: The client's portfolio fund is locked in for one year at least, restricting them from cashing out. #### Lack of Liquidity: Investors are unable to liquidate their positions as there exists no liquidity. They cannot perform any peer-to-peer transfer of contractual rights as these are contract bound, and neither can they sell those on the market. #### Zero Capital Gain: No capital gain possibility, as the value of the contract, is only at par value. There's no market for an investor to resell at other prices. The ELRON tokenisation model offers a unique strategy of asset fund management. ELRON token will be offered in the following structure : Total Supply of ELRON token : **100 million ELRON token** The private token sale will be offered in multiple tranches by invitation only. #### First tranche : 10 million ELRON tokens (closed) - ELRON VIP TIER. The ELRON VIP TIER will be issued an ELRONVIP status where 10 million ELRON tokens will be vested and held in the ELRON treasury. The vested tokens held in the treasury will be entitled to a share in the dividend distribution. Vested token can be swapped for tradeable ELRON token. When a token is swapped for a tradeable ELRON token, it will no longer be entitled to a share of dividend distributed to the ELRON.VIP treasury. However, the token holder will have a share in the dividend distribution in the secondary market on PancakeSwap. # LP Token Staking Reward ELRON ecosystem works as closed cycle whereby the community is rewarded for their participation within the ecosystem. A pool of **2,000,000 (two million)** ELRON token will be put in place to reward ELRON token holders who provide liquidity in the secondary market (PancakeSwap) . The fundamental and technical parts are weakening **(scoring 60 or lower)**, the position will be reduced by **50%** when reaching the selling point (already bought in) or lower down the limit or entry by market (not yet buy). The remaining position will be sold off if the scoring reaches 50 or lower. On the contrary, when both parts are strengthening, it will be executed in the opposite way.
