# Token Utility Model

ELRON token created as a BEP20 smart contract on Binance Smart Chain network is a utility token. The utility model includes :

#### Governance Rights:

A key utility of ELRON Token governance rights, as it grants user/holder the rights to participate and vote in the community decision making. The more tokens an investor hold, the higher his voting stake.

#### Benefits as a Dividend token.

ELRON token captures the revenue generated from the fund and is distributed among the ELRON investors. 

ELRON token holders will receive dividend benefits just by holding the tokens. 

#### Tradeable Asset:

The ELRON token can also be used as a tradeable asset on respective exchanges where it is listed.
