ELRON token fund adopts a combination of technical and fundamental analysis strategies, and harness the best of both while combining them with knowledge acquired via oracles to generate a winning score.

The winning score is used to determine the portfolio position percentage allocation into two different segments. When the winning score is higher than:

<table><thead><tr><th width="150" align="center">Scoring</th><th align="center">MAXIMUM FUND ALLOCATION PERCENTAGE</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center">60</td><td align="center">50%</td></tr><tr><td align="center">70</td><td align="center">70%</td></tr><tr><td align="center">80</td><td align="center">85%</td></tr><tr><td align="center">90</td><td align="center">100%</td></tr></tbody></table>

The fundamental and technical parts are weakening **(scoring 60 or lower)**, the position will be reduced by **50%** when reaching the selling point (already bought in) or lower down the limit or entry by market (not yet buy).

The remaining position will be sold off if the scoring reaches 50 or lower.

On the contrary, when both parts are strengthening, it will be executed in the opposite way. The company’s past trading performance data will be used in adjusting the fund allocation in different scoring levels.&#x20;

For example, if the trading performance in previous year is good by using the relevant set of analysis, the fund allocation for each scoring level will be increased in order to improve the trading result effectively.
